Dorset Forest Bathing
Guided mindfulness to improve your wellbeing
Forest bathing is an ancient Japanese practice, known locally as Shinrin Yoku. The term "forest bathing" does not involve taking a bath in the traditional sense, but rather refers to the practice of mindfully immersing oneself in the forest and tuning into your senses to connect with the natural beauty which surrounds you. Founder Lindsey guides you through the beautiful woodlands of Dorset to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing, providing a range of sessions from corporate gatherings and hen parties to personal one-to-one forest therapy.
