He decided to start his journey back in the UK to share his passion and knowledge of his home away from home.

SANCHA offers a range of freshly baked goods that are handcrafted with quality Japanese ingredients. Additionally, Samuel stocks a wide range of Asian food products as part of his Japantry, including dressings, drinks, and noodle toppers. Samuel is excited to share the culture that he has grown to love and to welcome everyone to the SANCHA family.
